{"id":716,"date":"2021-03-10T11:47:12","date_gmt":"2021-03-10T10:47:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yuso.brussels\/livraison\/"},"modified":"2021-05-06T20:14:33","modified_gmt":"2021-05-06T18:14:33","slug":"shipping-and-returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/yuso.brussels\/en\/shipping-and-returns\/","title":{"rendered":"Shipping and Returns"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping and Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer free shipping in Belgium for orders over 500 \u20ac.<br>Shipping costs are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Belgium, France, Luxemburg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany : 10,00 \u20ac<\/li><li>Australia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic : 22,00 \u20ac<\/li><li>Rest of Europe, Canada &amp; USA : 28,00 \u20ac<\/li><li>Rest of the world : 40,00 \u20ac<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping costs are added at check-out.<br>Delivery times are as follows :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 to 2 working days for Belgium ;<\/li><li>2 to 10 working days for Europe ;<\/li><li>6 to 15 working days for the rest of the world.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All deliveries are carried out by Bpost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliveries take place exclusively on working days (there are no deliveries on weekends or bank holidays). The customer will be informed that any order placed on Friday afternoon will not be processed until the following Monday.<br>These delivery times are estimated for information purposes. Yuso.brussels is not responsible for any lost or delayed<br>packages, nor for issues pertaining to the carrier and transport services. In these instances, we advise the customer to address these services directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For all return\/ exchange requests, please contact <a href=\"mailto:info@yuso.brussels\">info@yuso.brussels<\/a> within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning purchased products, unless the product is faulty and then YUSO will cover the returns postage cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Items should be returned, unused and in their original state. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and\/or a refund refused.<br>Where provided, goodies and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form.
