Who are we ?

More than an accessory, YUSO’s handbag symbolizes the encounter between ancient craftsmanship and the willingness to do better, on behalf of the world. Entirely handmade in Belgium from upcycled luxury leather scraps and inspired by their creator’s ventures around the world, YUSO’s handbags, belts and bracelets sublimate modern women, who express through them their uniqueness, while honoring artisanry and nature.

The brand

Craftmanship

The designer Gaëlle van der Haegen makes leather bags with sleek and pure design for women with leather offcuts, coming straight from high-end luxury brands and designers. It is in a Brussels leather goods workshop that they come to life; under the seasoned and skilled hands of a leather craftsman. This high-class upcycling, wisely orchestrated in tune with respect for craftsmanship and nature, gives birth to the most exceptional models, whose leathers rarely, if ever, resemble each other. That is how YUSO has shaped its character, which remains faithful to the values that inspired its genesis, creating with each bag, bracelet and belt produced in this workshop, the exception that suits you so well.
